インシデント情報を活用したリスク対応

In the medical community, similar to the industrial world, a mechanism has been introduced that collects incident reports and uses them to prevent problems. In reality, however, a large amount of report content gathered has not been effectively utilized. The reason for this is that it is difficult to find important reports from many reports first, and secondly it is difficult to find the overall trend. Therefore, we report the result of attempted classification approach by hierarchical clustering.
