Remote sensing technology, which excels in its wide-area coverage and simultaneous performance, is used in a variety of situations in the agricultural and forestry fields, and satellites, aircraft, and drones are used across the board depending on the purpose and the size of the target area. Collaboration with many institutions is essential for measurement and research using these diverse platforms. In this presentation, we will introduce examples of cross-functional use of satellites, aircraft, and drones in the agriculture and forestry fields, and look forward to the future of multi-agency collaboration.
