Microwave dielectric properties of (1-x)MgTiO3-xSrTiO3 system have been investigated. Objective of the present work is to compensate the negative temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency (τf ) and to achieve relatively low sintering temperature of MgTiO3. Ceramic sample with x = 0.036 mol% of SrTiO3, sintered at 1270C° for 2h, was measured to have microwave dielectric parameters : εr of 21, Q×f value of 71,000 ( at 9GHz ) and τf of -1 ppm/c°. (1-x)MgTiO3-xSrTiO3 system was found to be superior to 0.95MgTiO3-0.05CaTiO3 system in terms of higher Q×f and lower sintering temperature.
