Psychological test was performed in cases of peptic ulcer. We used Fujinami's psychlogical test, which is composed by NI score on fifty-items neurotic index and DI score on four-factors depression index. NI, DI score were the highest in gastroduodenal ulcer and they were higher in positive group according to abdominal symptom. NI, DI score of gastric ulcer were high below 39 and over 70 years old. They were high below 39 years old in duodenal ulcer. NI, DI score of Helicobacter pylori（Hp）negative group were higher than that of Hp positive group.
