Practice of a support for creating self-regulations on profiling

Abstract

This report discusses a policy making process about automated processing, including profiling. Our project team provided an analysis of social issues on the use of personal data to evaluate certain aspects related to the individual and published our recommendations on that. The key finding was that some companies and industry groups address these issues from the standpoint of reputation management.
