Abstract
It has come to be required to be able to do a shaping processing on the glass surface freely. The method of giving micro-fabrication freely to the surface of the glass is researched. However, it is difficult to process the surface polishing like a mirror even by focusing-laser beam. The laser beam is almost transmitted into the glass and is absorbed slightly. Because of difficulty of energy-concentration effectively, it cannot have normal processing conditions. The crack occurs on the glass surface. For the converted into the pseudo-thermal conduction type from the complex multi lattice absorption of laser processing by increasing the laser absorption rate on the material surface, a special surface-coating was employed. As a result, the debris was able to be removed by post-processing at the same time. It can make the absorptive thin layer of the laser beam on the surface, and can accumulate the laser energy on the surface temporarily. Post-processing of etching makes remove the debris with coating. As a result, one of the micro-fabrication technology on the glass surface by the laser was established. The result was proved by a calculation.
