Research of establishment and auditing technologies for next generation QMS aimed to global business success using IT system and integrated KPI. After collapse of Lehman Brothers in September 2008, the Japanese GDP growth recovering with Yen high appreciation. The manufacture sites move around the world for low cost products supply, thus realized by IT system and ISO management system. This research offers how to establish management system and audit with integrated KPI contain business, quality, environment and other important elements supported by IT system.
