The audit activity of Quality Management System will become more useful and efficient, if it is proceeded to judge whether it is made or not following the principle of management. In any audit of the management system, either Quality, Environment, Information, Safety or Compliance, it is very important to observe the whole structure of the management system. Followong these understanding, how to proceed the audit preparation more efficienty is the target of the study. In the research, the following three tools to analyze the targeted management system are found and verified to be very useful. (1) Analysis of the strong and weak point of the organization (2) Checklist of necessary information which should be gathered through Internet (3) Simple criterion of the level of the management system As a result of these preparation, the audited organization will understand that the audit is useful for the improvement of the management system.
