抄録

In this report is described a new method for calculating a total risk rank of a system from the ranks of the given risk factors of the system. Especially the most suitable calculating method is given for evaluating a risk rank of the total system from the risk tanks of subsystems or ranks of risk factors of the system, which satisfies the property of lower risk dominant, where lower risk dominant means that lower risk of subsystems or factors has priority to evaluate the total risk of the system.
