In this paper, we investigated regional disaster management plan and disaster manual for tourist in order to grasp the current situation of disaster prevention for tourists. As results, we confirmed that all prefecture disaster prevention plans had described prevention plans and preparations for emergency measures, but the description for tourists was only in 11 prefectures. The disaster manual for tourist was created in 6 prefectures where there are many accommodation tourists. Especially in Okinawa, it became clear that the accommodation facilities were building a collaborative system to manage tourists. Conclusion, the tourism crisis management in Japan, it was showed that these measures for tourists at the initial stage are sufficient in accommodation tourist destinations, but in day trip are not.
