I showed the knowledge which was necessary for a house for elderly people to realize area continued residence from the case research of elderly people, a disabled person, and a child care household habitation stabilization promotion project. I paid attention to technique of getting affordability, making community to support the continuation residence, the method of securing of care that is necessary for correspondence to severity of care required degree. Above all, I pointed out that next was important. In getting affordability, the conversion to a house for elderly people as one idea while the integration and abolition of the elementary and junior high school advance. In making community to support the continuation residence,it is important that there are the optional point of contact in the area. In the method of securing of care, it is important have a collaboration system of medical care and nursing care within the area.
