Abstract

The spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) has not yet subsided. At the meeting of the new coronavirus infection control headquarters, the government requested that guidelines be prepared for each type of industry and facility based on the recommendations of the expert meeting on new coronavirus infection control. The Japan Sports Agency has also formulated the "Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of Infection for the Reopening of Social Sports Facilities." Based on the above background, this paper focuses on the usage trends of sports facilities as a case study, and aims to clarify what kind of sports activities are being carried out by those who participate in sports from before the spread of the new coronavirus infection to today, and how sports activities should be in the post-corona society.
