河川維持管理における堤防刈草の有効活用に関する一考察

抄録

For a river levee, weeding is carried out every year, and it accounts for a large proportion of river maintenance expense.

This research aimed to contribute to appropriate river maintenance by effectively utilizing it as biomass resources by making pellets of grass clippings and thus reducing the cost of disposal costs. As a result, utilization of mowed grass pellets as fuel is possible. In addition, tourism development based on grass clipper pellets by university students has been proposed, and it is moving toward the realization under a support system of industry, government and academics.
