水域生態系の定量評価手法の開発と治水計画策定への応用について

To make flood damage reduce, it is doing river repair construction, the exhibition of hazard mapping. However, enough understanding isn’t gotten from the citizen by the influence over the environment by the construction. In this paper, it took up a river ecology system as the environment factor and as the flood risk it took up number of the inundated houses. It questioned a habitant using these two factors and it found the weight of the factor respectively by the exchange off method. When constructing in the river repair for the safe degree to improve, it provides the flood risk and the environment influence risk. The consciousness of the habitant can be reflected to these two risks and the environment change measure can be made clear.
