Abstract

In VR field, olfactory information is important to improve reality. But when some scented air is emitted by using olfactory displays, it is difficult to control the scent after the emission. To display multiple scent, thus, it is necessary to display the scent with spatio-temporal locality. For this purpose, we introduce an olfactory display system which includes a mechanism that estimates the appropriate time of user's sniffing.
