Inventory Control of the Process Having Multiple Transportation Methods under Demand Uncertainty

Abstract

Inventory control problem under demand uncertainty is discussed. Usually, the production plan is regenerated periodically. In this study, the production planning method in which the re-planning is embedded to the formulation is proposed. For the multi-term production planning problem with multiple transportation methods, the advantage of the proposed method is evaluated.
