Abstract
This study is concerned on a technology of signal processing to improve the measurement accuracy and speed of dynamic mass measurement on a conveyor belt. Its output signal of a load cell sensor has a linear response of mass and also is superimposed by alternating vibrating noises. Using an instantaneous phase and amplitude of the output allow dynamic mass measurement and extract the linear response of mass, separating and eliminating vibrating noises from the output signal, and proposed measurement system is effective to highly speed and accurate weighting and eliminating lower frequency vibrating signals.
