Abstract
PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) is well known optimization method, that is inspired by school of fish or flock of birds. PSO is applied to various field due to its performance and simple implementation. PSO is now studied in order to extend to multiobjective optimization problems. Most of them uses global best (g-best), there are a few usage of local best (l-best) that is the best solution within neighborhood particles defined by topology of particles. In this paper, we consider velocity update model in multiobjective PSO and propose a topology based multiobjective PSO and consider an update strategy of the personal best (p-best).
