Abstract
Japan is changing into the aging society very quickly and it has become the severe problem to save the national total medical expence . However, there are few models which can estimate the expence in accordance with the micro model of the disease condition. We developed the succession model of the condition of the HCV which can estimate the lifetime medical expence and the QALYs when the patient used the interferon therapy.
