抄録
When the plain or stainless steel is exposed to high temperature flame its life becomes very short, which, however, can be made longer by coating the steel with ceramics and plastics.
As the scale of refractoriness, the time to fuse the samples coated with ceramics of many kinds, of different thickness and method of coating, with plastics of many kinds with or without fillers, etc. was measured.
Moreover, the decreasing of adhesiveness of coating exposed to high temperature flame was also investigated as a reference.
As a result, it was found that the flame sprayed film of mixed Al2O3 and Cr, coated with plastics with the filler of refractory powder over it had excellent refractoriness.
