As a solution to the two problems of air quality maintenance and energy saving, we proposed a ventilation system that makes use of both thermal storage and outdoor conditions, and its cooling load reduction effect is examined in previous paper. In this paper, we try to make use of solar radiation in winter to reduce the heating load. We make a prototype which have a transparent panel, and examine its solar heat collecting effect. And also, we show the method to avoid cooling load increase by making use of eaves or louver.
