Abstract
The subjective method to estimate workplace productivity was studied in the previous papers. It was also shown that the objective experiment helped to increase the accuracy of the subjective measurement results. It was concluded that this method of measurement was possible to carry out in real offices and the precision of it was worth to examine. Therefore the questionnaire, called as SAP (the Subjective Assessment of workplace Productivity), was established through the review of other questionnaire and reports. In this paper, the whole of questionnaire is described and open to the public opinions, and the applicability of SAP is discussed.
