In this paper, we report on the operation result of "Practicable BEMS". We have already reported on the outline and the feature of "Practicable BEMS". Additionally, The study of results of the consumption energy was reported by the former reports. Therefore, this report shows the operation monitor of the equipment that uses BEMS and results of the amount of the reduction energy. Moreover, the difference between an indirect measurement and a direct measurement of the energy consumption was comprehended according to results, and the trial of an indirect measurement as a simple measurement was considered. Additionally, we investigated the usage condition of BEMS by building managers for the confirmation of "Practicable".
