By using the Internet, the questionnaire survey on the actual usage condition of cooling system in general homes was carried out. In this report, the actual usage condition of cooling system particularly in living room and the energy consumption of cooling system were analyzed. The result showed when the residents feel hot in their homes,they don't use air conditioner immediately, but open the window or use electric fans first to use air current. The result also suggested that the preset temperature of living room and the energy of cooling system had a difference by the action of energy saving.
