These days, it is important to survey and study on the energy consumption of buildings to establish the most suitable management methods for energy saving. However, the basic data of exhibition facilities like an art museum is insufficient.The purpose of this study is to clarify the tendencies of the energy consumption at a new art museum in Hiroshima. This paper describes the characteristics of the museum and the equipments. Furthermore, the relationships between the energy consumption and the factors such as outdoor temperature, humidity and so on are shown.
