To clarify the problems of energy management, we executed the energy conservation diagnosis in the small and medium buildings. As a result, it became clear that "access to data", "analysis", "long-term management" and "verification" were very important and they should be employed in the energy management tool. So we have made the prototype of energy management tool based on the knowledge mentioned above. This tool is composed of SEAT (Simple Energy Audit Tool) and MACS (Measurement And Commissioning Standard for energy saving). In this report, we describe that an actual application of this tool to the building where some energy-saving technologies are adopted.
