For the purpose of spreading continuous energy management for HVAC&R systems, we need to develop a method to estimate energy-saving effect by continuous energy management for HVAC&R systems. In previous paper, we have presented estimating with HVAC&R system simulation as an effective way and examined a result by HVAC&R system simulation. Long-term HVAC&R system simulation requires factors related to building performance deterioration, such as trouble and aging degradation. In this paper, we estimate them using measured data, and reflected them in HVAC&R system simulation.
