This study aims at the advanced use of multi-split type air-conditioning system. In this paper, a COP (Coefficient of Performance) evaluation method is proposed, which can evaluate COP of multi-split type air-conditioning system in an actual building. This paper also shows some examples of the results that the method was applied to the building consisting of office floors and residence floors.
