It is the present conditions that the foresight of danger (i.e."Kiken Yochi" ) for construction and maintenance in building facilities are not done study of systematically. By the Part 1 of this study, already it describes the present conditions of safety, disaster and risk management method in building facilities. So in this paper (part 2), it shows the foresight of danger sheets for construction and maintenance in building facilities.
