Aiming at reducing energy consumption of cooling plant system for air conditioning in office building, we explore the effect of introducing High-Efficiency technology in office building. So we develop system simulation considering heat budget of office building. Using the system simulation, we analyze the effect of installing Inverter Chiller, and also analyze the effect of energy conservation by optimization method.
