省エネルギーに向けた事務所建物の電力消費実態調査分析　（第４報）電力量および室内環境データに着目した省エネ運用改善

In this report,we use accumulated date of periodical inspection to conduct a study from a macro viewpoint,and also carry out a detailed study in which equipment ledger and various date related to maintenace are integratad to identify equipment.As a result,it became possible to catch the fault tendency according to the part,and it turned out that there is a possibility that it becomes useful data when arranging and examining the idea of rational maintenance.
