In this research, we have developed a local energy planning and evaluation system for expanding local energy projects to regions with various regional conditions. This system evaluates the economic and environmental performance of the local energy supply system and introduction of renewable energy with the aim of realizing local production for local consumption of energy and decarbonization of the region.
