The invention of ISO and JIS rule is tried in the standard measurement system. The QC of blood chemical analysis (BCA) is based on WHO rule and QC is treated by statistical analysis method (SD and CV). But the measured data have a lot of uncertainty, so the QC according to ISO-GUM was discussed. This paper is a result of the discussion.
