Abstract
In these days, information system development projects are expected to achieve higher productivity with lower cost and shorter time of delivery. First, we tried to establish an improvement cycle including the visualization of productivity, planning for improvement in productivity. And executed, analyzed the result of trial. In this paper, we report about our activities for the visualization of productivity and the establishment of an improvement cycle.
