Abstract
When discussing risk management, risk management focuses on the event of a risk and evaluates it statistically. In this paper, I explain the bottom line of the risk event is the psychological human behavior. That is to say, I discuss risk management from human psychological behavior view rather than carrying out risk management statistically like the most of IT risk management. What means by the risk management being based on human psychological behavior on concrete, Thereby, I show the risk recognition, evaluation of the risk management based on the psychological view.
