Abstract
There are internationally well-known project management standards such as PMBOK and ICB etc. which define what the project managers and members should do. On the other hand, ISO/PC236 is developing the international project management standard. However there is no standard of these activities for the organization. So the Society of Project Management (Japan) Special Committee started the task in 2009 which makes the organization's functions. In this standardization, we define five major functionalities which the organization needs to have. Through these activities, we already issued the 1st version of this standard in 2010. From now, we will try to apply and evaluate this for real organization.
