Abstract
Today, senior care can be considered a social problem with the oncoming of the aging society. Not only the care for a patient, but also the mental care for family that has a responsibility to the senior care is important. Especially for the terminal care, it is important for around people to fulfill their wish for those who require nursing care with a smile. It links the happiness of the patient. Seize on the family caregive as a personal project, study to improve the care conditions by applying project management knowledge and techniques. In this paper, study which PM methodologies are effective by focusing on stakeholder management and communication management.
