A secular period of 10-11years has been found, during the last thirty-seven years, in the variations of temperature and salinity of sea-water at Enoshima Ireland, Miyagi Prefecture. This cyclic relation is closely related with the variation of the sun-spots area. Namely, reckoning from the time of the minimum value of the sun-spots area, the distinguished low temperature and low salinity occured within 1-4 months and the market high temperature and high salinity occured 2 years before.
