コイの腸細胞内における脂質生合成経路に及ぼす酸化脂質投与の影響

The incorporation of two precursors, [1-¹⁴C] palmitic acid and [(U)-¹⁴C] L-glycerol-3-phosphate, into the lipid classes by the carp intestinal preparation was investigated in order to clarify the metabolic pathway of triglyceride and phospholipid biosyntheses. It was found that the precursors were incorporated into triglyceride and phospholipid via intermediate phosphatidic acid and diglyceride in the intestine of carp.
The effect of the oxidized lipids on the incorporation of the precursors into the lipid classes by the carp intestinal preparation was examined. The oxidized lipids did not affect the conversion of glycerol-3-phosphate into phosphatidic acid, but they would inhibit drastically the biosynthetic pathway of diglyceride and triglyceride via phosphatidic acid.
