Abstract
Heat sensitivity of tumor cells using mouse L-929 strain was examined in comparison with that of cells of this strain trans-formed by addition of DBcAMP and normal fibroblasts of adult mouse C3H strain. It was concluded that L-929 mouse tumor cells were more sensitive to heat than normal fibroblasts of C3H adult mouse and that transformed L-929 cells were more resistant to heat than L-929 cells and the former and normal fibroblasts are on the same level or the former is more resistant than the latter in their heat resistance.
