One of my two precise quantitative methods for peroxidase of human milk: the Colorimetric Method is described, with examples of human milk, differently rich in peroxidase. The peroxidase content is expressed in number of units.
About this Journal The Tohoku Journal of Experimental Medicine (TJEM) was founded in 1920
by professors of Tohoku Imperial University, Medical School.
