Abstract
One of the pair suprarenals of pigs was estimated of the adrenaline content as soon as possible by the Suto-Kojima method, and the other was left for 24 hours in the vacuum exciccator arranged upon sulphuric acid, and then assayed.
In the majority of cases the letting stand in the above manner effected to increase the adrenaline content by about ten per cent as the mean; this figure is of quite an another order than that reported by Mouriquand and others.
