Industry4.0 introduces the new relationship between providers and receivers. We recog-
nize IoT is key concept and technology of Industry 4.0. Some researchers think Industry 4.0 realize
smart society focusing on efficiency of production and transaction. Service science puts Industry 4.0
to the technological platform creating value with customers. Society of Serviceology is new academic
association for service science. This article supplies the perspective of serviceology to Industry 4.0.
