We should promote it immediately to cope with the enormous temporary housing demand of the verge, because of the outbreak of the Nankai Trough Earthquake and the Capital Earthquake, is concerned about the next matters. 1) We should utilize to private enterprise lease houses positively. 2) We should introduce the rent assistance method by housing vouchers. 3) We should utilize high quality construction temporary housings in disaster public housings.
