In order to simplify the Yagi's fractional estimation method for riboflavin(FR), flavinmononucleotide(FMN)and flavinadeninedinucleotide(FAD) by paper partition chromatography, the Rockland-Dunn's test tube method was applied with Lutidine・n-Butanol・Water (4 : 1 : 5)(Rf values FR : 0.76,FMN : 0.20,FAD : 0.38) as a solvent, and some analytical conditions for this simplified method were studied. This simplified fractional estimation method was found to be couvenient for practical use, since much time was not required for the procedure.
