抄録
The authors observed histopathological changes of the organs of canaries which were administrated with excessive doses of carotene. The histological changes were nearly the same as in the intoxication with vitamin A. Remarkable changes were degeneration of the nervous system, degeneration of parenchymatous cells of liver and kidneys and circulatory disturbances of each organ.
