It is well known that cyanocobalamin may be convertible to dicyanocobalamin by treating with an excess of KCN in alkaline state. A few reports appeared concerning the effect of KCN on absortion spectra of vitamin B_<12>. In the present paper, researches were repeated and the accuracy for the determination of the vitamin was confirmed.
