電解還元によるピリドキサミンの合成

抄録

The oxime of pyridoxal was converted to pyridoxamine by electrolytic reduction in 83.5-98.5% yield. In my apparatus, 0.1 to 0.2 gram of the oxime dissolved in 1-2N hydrochloric acid was reduced at 1.5-2.0 volts with lead electrodes.
