抄録
The colorimetric determination of thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide (TTFD) was presented in this paper. TTFD was converted to thiamine with sodium thiosulfate. The resulting thiamine was directly estimated by the diazo method with p-aminoacetophenone, as the remaining thiosulfate did not disturb this color reaction.
