The rate of incorporation of riboflavin into the rat liver fractions such as nucleus, mitochondria, microsome and supernatant was studied after the subcutaneous administration of ^<14>C-labelled riboflavin and its tetrabutyrate. In the riboflavin administered group, the rate of incorporation into each fractions was not characteristic. On the other hand, in the butryrate group the incorporation rate increased in parallel with the period of administration and dosis.
